Pricing

Booking
- 50% advance fees of the project must be paid before commencement of any work.
- If the project is completed and sent to you, then the project is considered complete.
- Full payment must be paid in 3 days after completion of work.
Scope of work
- Scope of work should be confirmed by the customer before comencement of the work
- Any additional work beyond the scope of work/services listed will result in added billing to the invoice.
Number of Revisions
Unless stated otherwise, the client is entitled to 2 stages of refinements.
Project Termination
Should the contract be terminated by either party, and bills are not settled, all work legally belongs to “Syan Designers and Consultancy”, and the client is not permitted to use the designs for personal or business use. Furthermore, in this event, any individual, including the client or another designer, is not permitted to recreate the ideas or designs that have been created by “Syan Designers and Consultancy.”
Out of Scope
If the scope of work is altered significantly, “Syan Designers and Consultancy” reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to amend the launch date to accommodate the changes to the Project. “Syan Designers and Consultancy” also maintains the right to decline any work not detailed in the original quote requested.
